Our go to smoothie bowl recipe is not only easy to make but absolutely delicious!
1 C - Frozen Blueberries
1 C - Frozen Raspberries
1- Frozen Banana
3/4 C - Pineapple
1/2-3/4 C - Milk or Milk Substitute of Choice (we used soy)
1 Tbl sp.- Flax Seeds & Chia Seed Mix
1 tsp. - Hemp Hearts
1. Blend frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen banana, pineapple & milk of choice. No need to over-blend, should be nice and thick consistency. (Can use either Nutri Bullet or Blender)
2. Place Blended ingredients into a bowl
3. Add toppings
4. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
