Breakfast Cookie Dough

Perfect for breakfast, dessert or as a snack. 


1 Cup - Oat Flour (you can blend 1 cup of oats and make your own flour)

3/4 Cup - Dates

1/4 Cup - Chocolate Chunks or Chips

1 Tbl sp.- Vanilla Essence

⅓ Cup - Milk or Milk Alternative of Choice (if too dry add a tad bit more milk to batter)

*1 scoop of your favourite protein powder as an added bonus.


  1. Blend all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips 
  3. Serve and enjoy! 

* Makes two servings. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
