This green smoothie is delicious, antioxidant rich, has omega 3's and an added bonus of protein from your hemp seeds.
1 Tbl sp. - Chia Seeds & Linseed Mix
1 Tbl sp. - Hemp Seeds
2 Tsp. - Moringa Powder
1 - Green Apple
2 - Small Celery Sticks
1/2 C - Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
3/4 C - Milk or Milk Alternative of your choice (or coconut water/ water)
1 Handful of Baby Spinach Leaves
1. Place all your ingredients into either a Nutri Bullet or Blender.
2. Add a few ice cubes if not using frozen pineapple.
3. Blend well.
4. Serve and enjoy!
