Vegan Gluten Free Brownies

Delicious chocolaty brownies that are guilt free!
Ingredients:
Dry:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Wet:
1 cup of plant-based milk
1/3 cup of oil of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon apple cider
Icing:
1/2 cup Vegan margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
½ cup of nova chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 190 and spray your baking dish.
Sieve all your dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix.
Add In the wet ingredients and combine the two mixture until mixed.
Pour into your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
While your brownies are baking, you can start with the icing.
Sieve your icing sugar and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl.
Add in the vegan magerine and vanilla and mix.
Place in the fridge while your brownies finish baking.
Once your brownies have cooled, remove from dish and ice them and sprinkle with nova chocolate chips.
Slice the brownies into squares and enjoy.
