Short wide tube multigrain pasta. Bonus it's gluten free!

Ingredients:

Organic rice, organic amaranth, 12% organic quinoa.

Uses:

Italian dishes, soups, salads & more.

Cooking Directions:

Pour 250g of pasta into 3 litres of boiling water with salt to taste. Add a splash of olive oil. Let it cook until the texture is al dente. (8 -12 minutes) stirring the first 3 minutes and then sporadically. Strain and serve immediately with the sauce of your choice.

Storage:

Store in airtight container in a cool, dry environment. Best used within 12 months.
